Energy Rising LLC is a guest practioner in the Regen Studio. 

Reiki is a very relaxing, non-invasive and enjoyable experience where you remain fully clothed lying down on a comfortable massage table. Hands are gently placed on or above the body, going from head to toes. (I will always ask if being touched is okay before I place hands on the client. Touch will never be in the chest or groin area.) Clients may experience sensations of heat, coolness or tingling. Others go into a deep state of relaxation. Some clients do not feel anything during the treatment, but this does not mean that the energy is not working. It is a cumulative energy and builds up in the body with each treatment received. No two people are the same, so each energy treatment is tailored to the individual client’s needs. 

Chakra Healing, Breathwork, Meditation, Crystals and Tarot/Oracle Card readings are always included for all sessions and never an extra charge.  Customize your session every single time!

Custom Energy Rising Session

This will be a two-part class, the first half of which will be learning breathing techniques. Breath work is an excellent way to enhance immune function, support and strengthen your lungs, activate the parasympathetic nervous system which lowers heart rate, blood pressure and enables you to rest and relax, calming your body. The second half of the class will be learning various meditation techniques in order to bring peace, calm, clarity, balance and centeredness to your mind and body. Combining these two techniques is an excellent way to improve your mind body and spirit

Breathwork and Meditation Class

Join me, Lisa with Energy Rising, for a 1 hour class where you will learn to manifest your dreams! I will teach you step by step how to turn your "wants" into reality. The second part of the class will be a guided meditation and introduction on how to meditate effectively at home.

Sound Bath & Meditation 

Introducing a new class!!  This will be an hour and a half filled with oils, chakra work, reiki and a sound bath! For the first half hour we will meet with you one-on-one to determine which chakra is asking to be balanced.  An essential oil that is specific to balancing that chakra will be placed on a cotton ball or wrists while you enjoy a soothing, balancing Reiki Sound Bath.  Ashley will perform reiki on each participant while I play crystal singing bowls for an hour.  You won't want to miss this amazing event....come and let your energy be recharged, rebalanced and rejuvenated!!  *Light snacks will be served*  Cost $40 Limit 4 participants
