A Floating Sound Bath & Intention Ritual

Monday, October 12th

Join us for an autumn edition of The Float as we gather beneath a waxing crescent moon for an evening centered around intention, growth, receiving, and trusting what is beginning to take root.

Arrival will be between 6:45–7:00 PM, giving everyone time to settle in as the sun goes down. We’ll begin our opening ritual promptly at 7:00 PM, so please plan to arrive within that window.

We’ll begin together on land with a communal intention planting ritual. Each person will be invited to reflect on something they are ready to grow, nurture, or welcome more fully into their life. You’ll write your intention and bury it in a shared vessel of earth, creating something we’ll continue to tend after our evening together.

Because sometimes the most important growth is happening long before there is anything above the soil to prove it.

From there, we’ll transition into the pool beneath the darkening October sky. Once everyone is comfortably floating, Ashley will guide you through a meditation centered around becoming, trusting the unseen, and listening for what the intentions we’ve planted actually need from us.

The meditation will flow seamlessly into a floating sound bath featuring crystal singing bowls played by Ashley Bowman and Lisa Valerio.

Throughout the experience, Ashley and Lisa will also offer Reiki-infused energy work, creating a deeply restorative atmosphere where there is nothing you need to do except float, receive, and allow yourself to be held by the water, sound, energy, and night.

• Approximately 45–50 minutes in the pool

• A peaceful and supportive atmosphere

? Please dress accordingly, as you will be in the pool for most of the experience. You’re welcome to bring your own float and towel if you’d like, though floats and towels will be available on-site. Of course, you’re always welcome to get out at any time if you become chilly or simply need a break.

? This event will be held at a private residence in Deltona. The address will be provided once payment has been received.

The waxing crescent does not ask us to already be there.

She reminds us that there is sacredness in the beginning. In the first sliver of light. In choosing something and tending it before we have any proof that it is growing.
