A Full Sturgeon Moon Sound Bath

Join us under the shimmering light of the Sturgeon Moon on Saturday, August 9th, for a sacred evening of surrender, sound, and soulful connection. This magical experience—co-facilitated by Ashley from Regeneration Massage & Wellness and Lisa from Energy Rising—invites you to float under the stars, wrapped in healing vibrations, deep presence, and the abundant, ancient wisdom of the moon.

Event Highlights:
	•	Reiki-Infused Sound Bath: Lisa and Ashley will infuse the entire session with Reiki energy, offering deep energetic healing and restoration as you float.
	•	Breathwork & Guided Meditation: Lisa will lead us through gentle breathwork and meditative cues before, during, and after the sound bath to ground, open, and soften.
	•	Thread of Intentions (Moon Cord Magic): Each guest will receive a silver or blue cord. Silently knot your thread with a whispered intention of what you wish to call in. Take it home or release it into the water as a sacred offering.
	•	Healing Vibrations: Ashley will play crystal singing bowls with loving, heart-centered intention. Lisa will accompany as led by Spirit, with both practitioners sending distance Reiki to all participants.

About the Sturgeon Moon:

This moon honors perseverance, abundance, and nourishment—named for the mighty sturgeon, a fish that has endured through time. It’s a powerful time to ask:
	•	What has sustained me?
	•	What am I ready to welcome in?
	•	Where do I need to soften in order to receive?

As the moon rises high, we’ll hold space for reflection, intention, and a full-body energetic reset.

Why a Floating Sound Bath?

Water and sound are both ancient healers. Sound vibrations move through water more powerfully than air, amplifying the effects on your body and nervous system. Floating allows for deep release and surrender, helping you shift into the parasympathetic “healing state” with ease.

	•	Date: Saturday, August 9th
	•	Time: Arrive between 8:00–8:15 PM (we’ll begin shortly after sunset)
	•	Location: Private residence in Deltona (address provided upon payment)
	•	Cost: $50 – Must pre-register by August 7th via CashApp $regenfam or by card
	•	Capacity: 10 in the pool | 10 around the pool (please specify your preference when registering)

What to Bring:
	•	A float (we have extras if needed!)
	•	A towel and change of clothes
	•	Water/hydration (snacks and drinks provided—bring your own if you have dietary needs)
	•	Optional glowing item (LED candle, glow stick, float light)
	•	A lightweight sacred item to bless with moon energy (optional)
	•	A heart open to receive ?
	•	Note: You will get wet. If you tend to get cold, consider wearing a swim shirt, rash guard, or moisture-wicking layer.
	•	Special Trial Floats: We’ll be testing four new float styles designed to keep participants mostly dry. These are a limited first-time trial—please mention when registering if you’d like to use one.
