The Float: Surrender & Soften 

Join us for an enchanting evening at a private residence, where Ashley from Regeneration Massage & Wellness and Lisa from Energy Rising have created a magical floating sound bath experience. Immerse yourself in a beautiful pool, surrounded by the serene ambiance of a waning moon night, as you let your worries float away.

**Event Highlights:**

- **Reiki-Infused Sound Bath:** The entire session will be reiki-infused by Lisa & Ashley, enhancing the healing energy throughout the event.
- **Breathwork and Meditation:** Lisa will guide us through breathwork and meditation before, during, and after the sound bath, deepening the relaxation and healing experience.
- **Intention Setting:** Before we get comfy in our spots, On the slip of dissolvable paper provided, write down something you’re ready to release—
a thought, a habit, a fear, a story that no longer fits. We will let it float away in the water. 
- **Healing Vibrations:** Ashley will play the crystal singing bowls with heart-centered loving intention, while Lisa will accompany with her bowls as she is led, both sending distance reiki to enhance the experience.

**Why a Floating Sound Bath?**

Enjoy the pool and the healing properties of sound and vibration on and in the water. Sound Healing is an ancient practice that has been used to restore, align, balance, and heal the body, mind, and spirit. Remember, sound is energy, and so are we. Vibrations caused by sounds of different frequencies can have effects on matter, such as your body and water, helping the mind balance easier and quicker to a parasympathetic state (the healing space of the brain).

**Event Details:**

- **Date and Time:** June 16th at 7:45 PM (time may adjust slightly for sunset)
- **Location:** Private residence in Deltona (address provided upon payment)
- **Cost:** $50 (Must pre-register and pay by June 14th via CashApp $regenfam or card accepted to secure spot)
- **Capacity:** 10 participants in the pool, 10 around the pool (please specify preference when registering)

**What to Bring:**

- A float (we have plenty, but you're welcome to bring your own)
- Water/hydration (snacks and drinks provided; bring your own if you have dietary restrictions)
- Towel/change of clothes (bathroom access available)
- A glowing piece (electric candle, colorful glowing pool light, glow sticks, etc., optional but fun)
- Any lightweight sacred item to receive the energy of the experience (optional)
- A heart set for intention

**Special Note:**

Water is highly responsive to sound waves. By receiving these healing frequencies while floating, you will deepen your relaxation and the sound experience, allowing you to float into a beautiful, calming space. Come float with us and bring a friend!

**Love Donations:**

Love donations to Ashley, Lisa, and our house/pool host Pat are accepted in cash form on the day of the event in the love donation jar. These donations are not expected but greatly appreciated.
