Journeying is a technique that takes you into deep relaxation and helps you connect with compassionate spirit allies — such as Power Animals — for guidance, healing, and support. Together we’ll step into the unseen world with the intention of meeting your power animal, your first spiritual ally, who will walk with you on your path of growth and discovery.
   Please note that drumming will be part of the class and may be loud, so it might not be suitable for those with hearing sensitivities.
