SACRED RAGE: An Anger Release Workshop 

What are you angry about that you’ve never really given yourself permission to be angry about?

The boundary that was crossed.
The words you swallowed.
The resentment you’ve carried.
The times you kept the peace when something inside you wanted to scream.

Sacred Rage is about giving all of that somewhere to go.

This two-hour guided anger release workshop combines reflection, breath, movement, sound, drumming, physical expression, ritual, and grounding to help you explore the anger you’ve been holding and listen to what it may be trying to tell you.

This isn’t a rage room. You don’t have to scream, hit anything, share your story, or push yourself beyond what feels right.

You can stomp. Shake. Growl. Breathe. Move. Write. Rip something apart. Sit quietly and feel it.

Your release gets to look like your release.

We’ll explore one question together:

What has your anger been trying to protect

And once we’ve given it space to speak, we’ll intentionally bring everything back down with grounding and sound, allowing the body to settle into stillness.

You don’t have to forgive anyone.

You don’t have to “get over it.”

You don’t even have to understand all of it yet.

Sometimes you just need a safe place to finally say:

I’m angry. And I’m ready to stop carrying it like this.
