Regeneration Massage & Wellness

A very relaxing, non-invasive and enjoyable experience where you remain fully clothed lying down on a comfortable massage table. Hands are gently placed over certain areas of the body; starting at the head and working toward the feet. Clients may experience sensations of heat, coolness or tingling. Others go into a deep state of relaxation. Some clients do not feel anything during the treatment, but this does not mean that the energy is not working. It is a cumulative energy and builds up in the body with each treatment received. No two people are the same, so each energy treatment is tailored to the individual client’s needs. (Please ask any questions you may have before booking. This is not for everyone and is not as hands on as a Swedish massage. This is more meditation.)
