Breathwork and Meditation Class
Description
This will be a two-part class, the first half of which will be learning breathing techniques. Breath work is an excellent way to enhance immune function, support and strengthen your lungs, activate the parasympathetic nervous system which lowers heart rate, blood pressure and enables you to rest and relax, calming your body. The second half of the class will be learning various meditation techniques in order to bring peace, calm, clarity, balance and centeredness to your mind and body. Combining these two techniques is an excellent way to improve your mind body and spirit
