A custom results based session focused on your goals for range of motion, pain, and stress relief. We always work within your comfort level. Many modalities will be used included but not limited to Swedish,Deep Tissue, Myofascial work, Trigger Point therapy, passive and active stretching. This is a massage to help you further your wellness goals and to maintain a sense of balance in everyday life. In an effort to offer the most value I only charge for time. Regen Custom Massage

A very relaxing, non-invasive and enjoyable experience where you remain fully clothed lying down on a comfortable massage table. Hands are gently placed over certain areas of the body; starting at the head and working toward the feet. Clients may experience sensations of heat, coolness or tingling. Others go into a deep state of relaxation. Some clients do not feel anything during the treatment, but this does not mean that the energy is not working. It is a cumulative energy and builds up in the body with each treatment received. No two people are the same, so each energy treatment is tailored to the individual client’s needs. (Please ask any questions you may have before booking. This is not for everyone and is not as hands on as a Swedish massage. This is more meditation.)

Reiki (Stand Alone)

Applied pressure, interspersed with gentle massage, on specific points of the feet to bring balance to all organs, glands, and parts of the body. Induces deep relaxation, stress reduction, improved circulation, helps promote the proper function of the related areas of the body and encourages overall healing. Feet focus only.

Reflexology (Stand Alone)

Special cups are applied on specific areas of your skin for several minutes to create negative pressure. It is known to help with circulation, pain, inflammation, relaxation and general well-being. (Please ask any questions you may have before booking. This is not for everyone and is not as hands on as a Swedish massage)

Vacuum Cupping (Stand alone)

A custom results based session focused on a pregnant mothers needs as her body changes. Specialized pregnancy pillow to lay face down available upon request.

Sound Therapy

Introducing a new class!!  This will be an hour and a half filled with oils, chakra work, reiki and a sound bath! For the first half hour we will meet with you one-on-one to determine which chakra is asking to be balanced.  An essential oil that is specific to balancing that chakra will be placed on a cotton ball or wrists while you enjoy a soothing, balancing Reiki Sound Bath.  Ashley will perform reiki on each participant while I play crystal singing bowls for an hour.  You won't want to miss this amazing event....come and let your energy be recharged, rebalanced and rejuvenated!!  *Light snacks will be served*  Cost $40 Limit 4 participants

AromaReiki

Join us for a deeply rejuvenating Regen Monthly Reiki-Infused Sound Bath held once a month at 2 PM. This hour-long experience combines the healing power of sound with the gentle, restorative energy of Reiki.

Details:

	•	Time & Frequency: Held monthly at 2 PM
	•	Duration: 1 hour
	•	Cost: $30 per person

What to Expect:

This sound bath session is enhanced with Reiki energy, offered by Ashley through distance Reiki or in collaboration with Lisa Valerio of Energy Rising LLC for hands-on Reiki. Allow yourself to be enveloped in soothing sound vibrations and the comforting flow of Reiki, encouraging deep relaxation, inner healing, and spiritual renewal.

Join us for an enchanting evening at a private residence, where Ashley from Regeneration Massage & Wellness and Lisa from Energy Rising have created a magical floating sound bath experience. Immerse yourself in a beautiful pool, surrounded by the serene ambiance of a waning moon night, as you let your worries float away.

**Event Highlights:**

- **Reiki-Infused Sound Bath:** The entire session will be reiki-infused by Lisa & Ashley, enhancing the healing energy throughout the event.
- **Breathwork and Meditation:** Lisa will guide us through breathwork and meditation before, during, and after the sound bath, deepening the relaxation and healing experience.
- **Intention Setting:** Before we get comfy in our spots, On the slip of dissolvable paper provided, write down something you’re ready to release—
a thought, a habit, a fear, a story that no longer fits. We will let it float away in the water. 
- **Healing Vibrations:** Ashley will play the crystal singing bowls with heart-centered loving intention, while Lisa will accompany with her bowls as she is led, both sending distance reiki to enhance the experience.

**Why a Floating Sound Bath?**

Enjoy the pool and the healing properties of sound and vibration on and in the water. Sound Healing is an ancient practice that has been used to restore, align, balance, and heal the body, mind, and spirit. Remember, sound is energy, and so are we. Vibrations caused by sounds of different frequencies can have effects on matter, such as your body and water, helping the mind balance easier and quicker to a parasympathetic state (the healing space of the brain).

- **Capacity:** 10 participants in the pool, 10 around the pool (please specify preference when registering)

**What to Bring:**

- A float (we have plenty, but you're welcome to bring your own)
- Water/hydration (snacks and drinks provided; bring your own if you have dietary restrictions)
- Towel/change of clothes (bathroom access available)
- A glowing piece (electric candle, colorful glowing pool light, glow sticks, etc., optional but fun)
- Any lightweight sacred item to receive the energy of the experience (optional)
- A heart set for intention

**Special Note:**

Water is highly responsive to sound waves. By receiving these healing frequencies while floating, you will deepen your relaxation and the sound experience, allowing you to float into a beautiful, calming space. Come float with us and bring a friend!

**Love Donations:**

Love donations to Ashley, Lisa, and our house/pool host Pat are accepted in cash form on the day of the event in the love donation jar. These donations are not expected but greatly appreciated.
