A custom results based session focused on your goals for range of motion, pain, and stress relief. We always work within your comfort level. Many modalities will be used included but not limited to Swedish,Deep Tissue, Myofascial work, Trigger Point therapy, passive and active stretching. This is a massage to help you further your wellness goals and to maintain a sense of balance in everyday life. In an effort to offer the most value I only charge for time. When you book your massage any number of add-ons can be included at no extra charge. Please message and let me know if you'd like any.
